Is Live Battle free?
Yes. You open Live Battle straight in your browser, with no account and nothing to install, and participants don’t need an app. With a subscription you save it in a presentation, together with the other tools you use.
Do I have to tick every correct answer separately?
No. When you tick an answer, all answers sent in exactly the same way are ticked along with it. Answers with a different spelling you tick separately, so you decide what counts as correct.
How is the winner decided?
By speed. After the trophy button the correct answers are at the top, in the order they came in. The fastest three get a trophy, and if you like there’s applause.
Can I turn off the applause?
Yes. In the settings you choose audience applause, children’s applause or no sound. Handy if you’re playing in a quiet room, or precisely when you want to turn it into a real party.
How do participants join?
Participants go to livecloud.online/join, enter the code shown on the screen and choose a name. That name is shown with their answer in the list, so everyone sees who was fastest.
