Classroom clock – a large analog clock on screen
The Analog Clock is a classroom clock: a large, clear clock with hands and the current time on the board or screen. Handy for practising telling the time, and anywhere you want everyone to see the time without checking their phone.
Keep it on screen during a lesson or meeting, so everyone knows when the break starts.
Make every lesson, training or presentation interactive.
Your group takes part live on their own phones, without an app and without an account.

Frequently asked questions
Can I set the clock myself?
No, the clock always shows the current time. That makes it suitable for practising telling the time with the time right now, and as a wall clock during a lesson or meeting.
How do you use it in the classroom?
Practise telling the time with a big clock with hands that shows the real time. Ask what time it is, and have students say where the big hand and the little hand will be when break starts. Because the clock shows the time right now, they practise with something they’ll see again for the rest of the day.
How do you use it in a meeting or training?
Keep the clock on screen so everyone knows what time it is without looking at their phone. That keeps the room’s attention and the schedule on track. Handy in a room without a wall clock, or when the clock hangs at the back of the room where the speaker can’t see it.
How do you use it at home?
Put the clock on a tablet or TV as a calm wall clock, or use it to teach your child telling the time through the daily routine: when are the hands at dinner, at bath time, at bedtime? A big clock face makes those moments recognisable.
Is the Analog clock free?
Yes. You open it straight in your browser, with no account and nothing to install. With a subscription you save it in a presentation, together with the other tools you use.
Does the clock work on an interactive whiteboard?
Yes. It works in any browser, so also on an interactive whiteboard, a large screen or a projector. Make it full screen for the biggest clock face.
Does the clock have a second hand?
Yes. Alongside the hour and minute hands there’s a moving second hand, so children can also see that time is passing.
How do I help children learn to tell the time?
Start with o’clock and half past: show where the big hand is at ‘o’clock’ and at ‘half past’. Link the time to fixed moments in the day, such as snack time or break, and ask a few times a day what time it is.
Can I use a timer as well?
Yes. If you want to count down rather than show the time, use the Analog Timer: it shows on a clock face how much time is left.
